Very simple, just half an onion, 6 good tomatoes, lots of butter, croutons and seasoning. Cooked slowly.

Savoury cake. Four layers of white bread with tuna paste, shrimp mayonnaise and egg salad. Decorated with smoked salmon, shrimps and vegs.

Pommes duchesse, and a tomato is grilled in the oven on an oak board. Then add sirloin beef, bearnaise sauce and green beans, idealy rolled in a slice of bacon.

Lasagne, aldi beef dripping chips and peas. Standard but delicious

Calamari, Red wine chorizo, Ham croquet, Garlic chill prawns, white wine and garlic tomato sauce. All was attempted fir the first time
